Mishloach Manot (Purim Bags)

On Purim we are asked to do four mitzvot (good deeds):

Read the Megillah (mikra megillah)
Have a festive Purim meal (seudat purim)
Give gifts to the poor (matanot l'evyonim)
Exchange gifts (mishloach manot)

The mitzvah of mishloach manot is meant to ensure everyone has enough food to enjoy the traditional Purim feast. Prior to the holiday, which takes place on March 3rd this year, each current Denver JDS student, incoming student, and member of the faculty, staff and board will receive mishloach manot, courtesy of the Denver JDS PTO.

We need YOUR help to make this event (one of the PTO's largest fundraisers) a success!

We are looking for individuals, families, or companies to help sponsor the items going into the bags. We are seeking kosher and nut-free food products as well as promotional items. All supporters and sponsors will be recognized in a letter included in every mishloach manot bag!

Thank you in advance for your generous support!
