Be matched with a new, incoming family and provide friendly support throughout the school year. Sign up for the 2023-24 school year.

Upper Division Grade Specific Special Events

Plan and organize grade-specific social events that help foster community.

Recruitment Event Support

Host events for prospective families in your home or set up for and help meet and greet prospective families at informational events including: 
Tiger Tales (preschool storytime)
Hebrew Storytimes 
Upper Division Parent Previews (High School & Middle School)
Back to School Celebration

Parent Ambassador

Help identify prospective families, accompany admission staff on preschool visits, staff community event booths, give tours, and help plan and host prospective family events. Fundraising and Event Planning

Plan and coordinate special events and programs such as the Annual Campaign (classroom captains), Annual Dinner (table captains), Chai Five Club Breakfast (table captains), King Soopers cards, and the Illustrated Torah Campaign.

Alumni Committee

Writer/Blogger

Write articles and testimonials on classroom activities, sporting events, trends in education, and other special events to be published in various school and community publications and on our website.

Photographer

Capture on “film” what’s going on in and around the school. Got some great sports photos? An amazing photo of your child with his/her favorite teacher? Send it our way!

Scorekeepers

Run the scoreboard and track statistics at volleyball, baseball, and basketball games.

Ticket Sellers

Collect money for volleyball and basketball games.

Concessions Managers

BBQ and manage the food table at sporting events.

Meetings are held four times per school year. 

Event Chairs

Assist with coordinating social and fundraising events and programs such as: , Scholastic Book Fair, Teacher Appreciation Breakfast and Teacher Appreciation Week, Teacher Holiday Gifts Collection, Mishloach Manot Purim Bag Fundraiser, Snack Baskets, and more!

Advisory Board

Help shape the Farmette. Responsibilities include hands-on farming, assisting with plant and vegetable sales, recruiting volunteers, writing grants, fundraising/event planning, and promoting awareness of the Farmette.

Gardening/Weeding/Feeding The Animals

Help tend the garden by weeding, general maintenance, feeding the animals, and more! There are daily volunteering opportunities!

Assist teachers in kindergarten through fifth grade classrooms and specials with programs such as the spring Art Extravaganza, Field Day, or grade level parent programs, and assist in the Library.
