Tuition Assistance Timeline – New Applicants

November 3, 2011 Affordability Meeting at  Denver JDS Open House, 11:00am – 12:00pm.

December 1, 2011 Tuition Assistance Application available online

February 10, 2012 Tuition Assistance Application and all required documentation due

February 28 – March 8, 2012 Acceptance letters with temporary contract* mailed

March 5 – 15, 2012 Temporary contracts with enrollment fee and deposit due

April 20, 2012 Notification of Tuition Assistance Award and formal contract mailed

April 27, 2012 Tuition Assistance contract due

*Temporary contracts stipulate that the family will enroll their child(ren) at Denver JDS as long as the tuition assistance award enables them to do so. Tuition deposits are required for temporary contracts to be processed. These deposits are refundable should the assistance award be insufficient, however the enrollment fee is non-refundable.
