Dear Parents:

The Campus Lunch Program is a delicious, nutritious, convenient and kosher hot lunch program every day of the week. The program is run by school administration and raises funds while providing a service to families. Most meals are prepared by Canteen on Campus, a catering company owned and operated by Mary Fabrikant, a professional chef as well as a parent of a current Denver JDS student and a recent alumnus. Mary and her staff prepare your child\'s lunch in a kitchen located adjacent to the gymnasium in the Upper School.  Brooklyn\'s Pizza and The Bagel Store are additional lunch providers.  If your child is a kindergarten student his or her lunch is delivered to the classroom. If your child is in 1st-4th grade, s(he) eats lunch in the Lower Division Chadar O\'chel, where lunch is served buffet-style.  If your child is in 5th- 12th grade, s(he) eats lunch in the Upper Division Commons, where lunch is served buffet-style.  You will be able to see grade specific menus as part of the ordering process. If you decide that after reviewing the menu you do not wish to order, then just close the window. There is no need to go further. The information will not be saved.

Here are quick points to remember:  

Retreat dates have been calculated in the total amount due (students were not charged for lunch on retreat dates).  If your child\'s grade is participating in a school retreat they will not receive school lunches on the days of their retreat.

Refunds will not be given due to student absences, weather related/unforseen school closures and or changes in scheduled retreats.

We are not accepting payment on-line. Once you are finished ordering on-line, you will be asked to print out two copies of your order. You will keep one for your records and then bring one in to school along with your payment.

Please carefully review your lunch selections before submitting. There will be no changes made to lunch orders after they are placed.

The deadline for submitting your online lunch orders is Friday, January 25th at 9:00 AM. Please bring in your payment with a copy of your receipt to the Lower Division Front Office.  We will not accept lunch orders after that date.
