Extended Day Options

Before- and after-care options accommodate adult schedules.

Adults' work schedules regularly extend beyond the school day. That's why Before- and After-School staff are available onsite to provide student supervision. Lower Division (K-5) students can be dropped off for our Before School Program Monday through Friday (excluding school holidays) beginning at 7:15am. Our After School Program is available to enrolled students in grades K-6. Monday through Thursday (excluding school holidays), after school hours are 3:40 - 6:00pm. Friday after care hours are 2:50 - 5:00pm from August through October and again beginning March 18 through the end of the year. Since sundown (and therefore Shabbat) comes early from November 6 to March 18, those Friday hours will be 2:50 - 4:00pm. Please contact the Lower Division office at 303-369-0663 as early as possible with messages or schedule changes pertaining to early- or after-care. From school dismissal to the end of after-care hours, after school staff can be reached at 303-921-4320. Before and After School Programs require pre-registration, which is done through our online form. Families using the program on a drop-in basis must notify the Lower Division office as soon as the need is established, so we can expect and plan for all children. Fees for both Before School ($8/child/day) and After School ($15/child/day) programs will be billed monthly and charged to the family's Smart Tuition account.
