Denver Jewish Day School (Denver JDS) delivers an academically demanding, college preparatory education rooted in Jewish history, ethics and principles. Our challenging dual curriculum instills the work ethic, organizational skills and stamina to sustain students’ performance beyond high school.

We provide an individualized supportive environment for our students.

Denver JDS offers small class sizes—the student teacher ratio in the Lower School is 8:1, in the upper school 15:1.

Our services for special learners include learning specialists and resource center,  challenge and enrichment programs, and Advanced Placement courses.

Experiential learning – taking advantage of real-world experiences to enhance classroom instruction – is at the core of a Herzl/RMHA education and brings classroom studies to life across many curricular areas.

Denver JDS offers a comprehensive educational approach to courses in math, science, literacy/English, language arts, social studies, arts, culture and foreign language. Classes are regularly augmented by guest speakers, research projects and class trips.

The Upper School Division provides a rigorous college preparatory program, including Advanced Placement options in grades 10 through 12. Our graduates attend and succeed at some of the most selective colleges in the country and abroad. Click here for a list of colleges our graduates have attended.
